Terms and Conditions – Pristine Clean & Sparkle
Effective from: 30 April 2025

By booking a service with Pristine Clean & Sparkle, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services including move-in, move-out, deep cleans, and general home cleaning.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Services must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required BEFORE or ON THE DAY of service.

  • We accept bank transfers, cash, or other agreed manual payment options.

3. Cancellations

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows or missed appointments may be charged in full.

4. Access
You must ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

6. Damages
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsecured items. Report any concerns within 24 hours of service.

7. Health & Safety
Please let us know in advance of any risks (e.g., pests, mould, or hazards). Unsafe conditions may result in service refusal.

8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal details are used only to provide services and will never be shared without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
