Pristine Clean & Sparkle – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pristine Clean & Sparkle! By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

 

1. Booking & Scheduling

1.1. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

1.2. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking once we have your address.

1.3. Clients must provide accurate details regarding the property size, condition, and any special requests.

 

2. Payments & Pricing

2.1. Payment is required on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make payment on time will result in late penalty fees being added of $25 per day unpaid. 

Please send us a text message or email to say you’ve paid if paying by internet banking, as we know it can take a few days to clear to avoid penalty fees.

2.2. We accept credit/debit card payments. We do not accept bank cheques. We can accept internet bank payments to:

2.3. Prices may vary based on the property size, level of cleaning required, and any additional services requested.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning may incur a cancellation fee of $100.

3.3. In cases of extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, Pristine Clean & Sparkle reserves the right to reschedule services.

 

4. Service Guarantee & Complaints

4.1. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours for a free re-clean of the affected area.

4.2. Refunds are not provided, but we will work to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

4.3. Complaints made after 24 hours post-service will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

5.2. Any hazardous conditions (e.g., broken glass, biohazards) must be disclosed before the cleaning appointment.

5.3. Personal belongings should be secured before service, as Pristine Clean & Sparkle is not liable for misplaced items.

 

6. Liability & Damages

6.1. Our cleaners take great care, but in the event of accidental damage, we must be notified within 24 hours of service.

6.2. We are fully insured, but liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6.3. Pristine Clean & Sparkle is not responsible for pre-existing damage or poorly maintained surfaces.

 

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

7.1. Client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.

7.2. We do not store payment information unless agreed upon for recurring services.

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

8.1. Pristine Clean & Sparkle reserves the right to refuse service if:

• The environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

• The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff.

• Unpaid balances exist from previous services.

 

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

9.1. Pristine Clean & Sparkle reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

 

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
