At Pristine Clean & Sparkle, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to deliver exceptional cleaning services, but if you are not completely happy with the results, we are here to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

The service was not delivered as agreed or confirmed.

The customer notified us of the issue within 24 hours of service completion.

A return visit to re-clean was either not possible or declined.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Missed appointments or lack of access to the property at the time of service.

Dissatisfaction was reported after the 24-hour window had passed.

Properties with pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions are not disclosed in advance.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the transaction to be completed.
